About Us

Meet our team of compassionate professionals and find out more about what makes City of Trees unique.

Mission

Our mission is to provide high-quality, affordable, and compassionate care. We’re committed to creating a community where pets and their families feel welcomed and supported. We are more than a just veterinary practice; we are a trusted community resource.

Vision

Our vision is to set the standard for veterinary excellence in our community by fostering a deep bond between pets, their families, and our team. We aim to create a nurturing environment where every animal's health and well-being is prioritized. Through outreach and education, we strive to empower pet owners and our community with the knowledge and resources they need to provide the best care for their animals.

Partnerships

We believe in the power of collaboration to strengthen our community and enhance the well-being of pets and their families. Our partnerships with local organizations allow us to extend compassionate care, share resources, and support important animal welfare initiatives. Together, we’re building a healthier, happier community for all.

Hard Luck Animal Welfare Advocates

City of Trees Animal Hospital is proud to partner with Hard Luck Animal Welfare Advocates, a nonprofit founded by Dr. Matt, who also serves as its Executive Director. Dr. Matt established Hard Luck to provide exceptional veterinary care to animals at the Stockton Animal Shelter, ensuring that even the most vulnerable pets receive the help they need. Visitors to City of Trees can support this important cause by playing the claw machine in our lobby—every play contributes directly to Hard Luck’s efforts, and you might even win a cute stuffed animal or pet toy! You can make donations directly to Hard Luck.
