Where do I park?
There is ample free parking within the Riverside Plaza shopping center.
Do you have payment plans?
We do not offer individual payment plans however, City of Trees Animal Hospital works with third party companies Care Credit and Scratch Pay that can provide flexible payment terms if approved. Our staff is happy to assist in accessing these credit based options if/when the need arises.
Do you see emergencies?
We are available to treat urgent and emergency cases during our normal business hours but we do not provide after-hours or overnight care. Please call ahead so that we can prepare for your arrival. Same day appointments are limited but often available. Please see our emergency tab for a list of local emergency hospitals.
Are you a part of a corporate organization?
City of Trees Animal Hospital is proudly privately owned.
Do you work with Pet Insurances?
We will work with your pet insurance provider. If you would like to explore pet insurance we recommend Pawlicy Advisor as a resource.

City of Trees Animal Hospital is excited to build a relationship with the community we serve by offering a variety of events like client education courses and fundraising for animal focused advocacy groups. We want to be a resource for our community of clients and to have some fun along the way.
Are you fear free?
We are not currently fully fear free certified however we practice fear free handling and techniques to make every visit as stress-free as possible.
